forecast period 8-14 days after the date indicated on the plot. Blue areas on the map
are regions forecast to be drier than normal;
Red areas are regions forecast to be wetter than normal.

In both figures below, the top panel is the temperature forecast and the bottom
panel is the precipitation forecast (A=above normal; B=below normal; CL=
approx equal chances of below or above climate normals). Click on figures for
