ISARS 2012 will be held at the University of Colorado, in Boulder, Colorado, USA. Primary symposium sessions will be held in the Mathematics Building Auditorium (Room 100). Poster sessions will be held at the Stadium Club.

Online registration for the symposium is closed, please plan to register on-site.

CU Residence Hall

Accomodations are also available in a residence hall on the University of Colorado campus. Rooms are furnished with twin beds with linen & towels, dresser, desk, and mini-fridge with microwave. Daily (Mon – Fri) housekeeping services are provided in guest rooms. Community bathrooms (by gender) are provided per hallway serving approximately 8-10 rooms. Buildings are smoke-free and are not air-conditioned. These packages include a small personal fan. No phone service in rooms.

Letter of Invitation for Visa

To request a letter of invitation for ISARS 2012 as a supporting document for the visa application, send an email to Linda Pendergrass.

In your email request please state your intention to attend the conference and provide:

  1. Full name
  2. Title
  3. Affiliation
  4. Postal address

An invitation letter will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your request.

Note: This invitation does not imply that the conference organizers will provide financial travel support. Please also note that this letter of invitation will not guarantee that a visa for the U.S. will be granted.
