Radar Hourly Wind Files Produced By POP [v4.1]
FILE NAMING CONVENTION:
SSSYYJJJ.HHw where SSS = SiteID YY = Year JJJ = Julian Day HH = Hour Date and time are in UTC and represent the start time of the average.
Line 1: BLANK LINE Line 2: " SSS" "additional info.
