Cloud, radiation, and precipitation fields:
observations and results from CMIP3 and other climate models

This page can be used to create plots of the climatological distribution of cloud, radiation, and precipitation-related variables. You may plot either of two sets of observations, results from long climate model runs using specified sea surface temperatures (AMIP) or a coupled ocean (20th C), or the difference between a given model run and the corresponding observations.
