Brief Cloud Synopsis

May 05, 1998:

Shallow liquid cloud with ice/mixed-phase precipitation. Cloud dissipates between 05:00-09:00 and then reforms and persists for the remainder of the day. Cloud thickness is about 100-200 m and cloud tops are 0.8-1.0 km AGL from 00:00-05:00 and 500-600 m AGL from 09:00-24:00. Very strong inversion which strengthens and lowers with time (~940 down to 980 mb).
