Brief Cloud Synopsis
Shallow low-level precipitating liquid cloud 00:00-11:30, 0-400 m AGL. This low-level cloud persists until 24:00 but changes to intermittent periods of liquid and ice/mixed-phase precipitation after 11:30. Scattered mid- and upper-level cloud over this low cloud during entire period. Mid-level clouds begin precipitating into low-level cloud from 11:30-14:00 causing periods of mixed-phase precipitation. Radiometer indicates liquid through the entire period.
