Brief Cloud Synopsis
Low-level liquid cloud with ice/mixed-phase precipitation and intermittent overlying mid/high-level clouds. The upper clouds dissipate at times leaving a good single layer, mixed-phase precipitating case. These periods are from 07:00-11:0 0 and 16:30-21:00. The low cloud and precipitation persists through the day with cloud top around 1 km AGL. Upper cloud tops are 4 km AGL from 00:00-06:00, 7-8 km from 11:00-16:00, and 7 km from 21:30-24:00 with variable cloud thickness.
