Brief Cloud Synopsis

July 21, 1998:

Mostly clear from 00:00-06:00. There is a single liquid stratus from 06:00-22:30 (0-800 m AGL), which slowly dissipates between 18:00-22:30. Possibly some wide spread, very thin cirrus above stratus (extremely weak radar signal). Inversion around 900 mb.
