Brief Cloud Synopsis
Significant mid- and upper-level clouds from 3-9 km AGL above a shallow liquid stratus cloud with tops at 600 m AGL. The upper cloud consists of two layers, an upper cloud 6-9 km AGL with virga/precip falling into a lower layer at 3-4.5 km AGL. The upper-level clouds mostly dissipate by 24:00 but the stratus persists the entire period. Peak liquid is around 0.2 mm from 09:00-12:00. A strong inversion develops during the day at 950 mb.
