Brief Cloud Synopsis
Deep precipitating mixed-phase cloud system 01:00-10:00, tops 6+ km AGL. Clouds abruptly change to a double-layered system which persists from 10:00-16:00. Lidar indicates lower cloud is liquid but attenuates before reaching upper layer. Precipitation occasionally falling from upper into lower layer. Single shallow liquid cloud (tops 200-300 m AGL) from 16:00-24:00. Small amounts of liquid (0.05 mm with some 0.1 mm peaks) in deep system (00:00-12:00) and slightly higher amounts between 12:00-24:00 (approx 0.1+ mm).
