Brief Cloud Synopsis
Low-level liquid cloud at 00:00 which gradually dissipates between 10:00-13:00. Mid-level cloud from 04:00-13:30, tops at 6 km AGL, base vaiable from 3-4 km AGL. Mid-level cloud reforms from 18:00-24:00 at 4-5 km AGL. Lidar indicates mid-level cloud is mixed-phase. Strong inversion at 900 mb. No microwave radiometer data.
