Current PSD (Web/Data Status). PSD has undergone major URL restructuring so that all URLs start with http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/ (More Info). OPeNDAP Data access is now open without IP restrictions.

Get climate division boundaries and other useful files.

For climate division boundaries by state, see ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/divboundaries/. The file boundary.dos has the readme. There is also a file that lists which division a county is in as county.dat. Also see the subdirectory gis. That directory has files center points for each division (readme.txt) . It also has GIS usable files with the boundaries.
