Ben joined NESII in 2012 with a background in scientific programming, statistics, GIS, and remote sensing. Generally, he enjoys coding in Python and finding new ways to apply open source geospatial software within the climate data community. He has worked with a variety of coding languages, statistical software, image analysis programs, and desktop GIS frameworks. Ben enjoys the outdoors, managing his pets, and reading.
