Please submit all Workshop Proceedings and National Reports to John Miller (john.b.miller@noaa.gov). Submissions should be prepared as Microsoft Word (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) files. For the first submission, figures embedded within the files are acceptable, but we may request separate figures at a later time, depending on the image quality.

Please submit all files by December 31, 2005, and contact John Miller with any questions.
