Recommendations from 12th Meeting of Experts

The scientists present at the 12th WMO/IAEA Meeting of Experts on Carbon Dioxide Concentration and Related Tracer Measurement Techniques held in Toronto, Canada (15-18 September 2003) recommend procedures and actions to achieve the adopted WMO goals for global network comparability among measurements made by different laboratories.
