The meeting is hosted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Climate Monitoring and Diagnostics Laboratory (NOAA CMDL) with additional local support from University of Colorado, Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). The meeting is co-sponsored by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
