NEAQS-ITCT 2004 General Info
The New England Air Quality - International Transport and Chemical Transformation (NEAQS-ITCT) 2004 project was a comprehensive research effort regarding many aspects of tropospheric research, including emissions verification, transport and mixing, chemical transformation, aerosols and their radiative effects and forecast models. NEAQS-ITCT 2004 is a NOAA component of the International Consortium for Atmospheric Research on Transport and Transformation (ICARTT) Study.

The focus of NOAA Aeronomy Laboratory's (now Earth System Research Laboratory Chemical Sciences Division) the component of
this project was the measurements from the NOAA WP-3D aircraft, NOAA R/V Ronald H. Brown ship and a ground-based sampling site located at Chebogue Point, Nova Scotia.
Collaborators in this project include researchers from numerous from universities, industries and governmental organizations.
