Jeff is an associate scientist with the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an affiliate with the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory (ESRL). He joined the laboratory in 2005, and has since measured carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) from the NOAA WP-3D and CIRPAS Twin Otter platforms and at the Boulder Atmospheric Observatory (BAO).
