Daily Summary:

Wednesday, July 9: BAO Ozone Intercomparison
Day 1 of Pre-DiscoverAQ/FRAPPE observations. Partly cloudy with thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. NOAA TOPAZ, the NASA Goddard O3 lidar, and the NOAA CSD NOxCaRD instrument were operated simultaneously. NOxCaRD was measuring O3 profiles on the tower carriage. TOPAZ data were collected from 1114 to 1529 MDT. Ozone concentrations increased rapidly around midday reaching ~ 90 ppbv at 1300 MDT.

Note: Data are preliminary. Potential biases near clouds have not yet been fully corrected.
