Registration
Registration has closed.
Travel
Attendees are responsible for paying for their own travel expenses and making their travel arrangements, including arranging for a visa for travel to China.
Visa
All non-Chinese participants must obtain a travel visa to China (except participants from Japan, Singapore, and Brunei staying for less than 15 days). PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A VISA. To obtain a visa you will need an invitation letter from the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences (RCEES) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). TOAR workshop organizers are facilitating the process for your invitation letter. Please follow the instructions during Step 2 of the registration process (below).
Registration Fee (estimate, to be finalized as planning proceeds)
An estimated registration fee of ~1200 Chinese Yuan (approximately US$200 = 170 Euros) will be due upon checking in at the meeting. This fee will cover lunches and coffee breaks for all three days of the meeting, and a banquet dinner on Tuesday, January 26. Please bring Chinese Yuan cash in this amount on the first day of the meeting.
